Bildarchiv Foto Marburg places search possibilities at your disposal free of charge in the form of the Image Index of Art and Architecture and other digital offerings. These offerings may only be used for commercial purposes in compliance with our General Terms and Conditions of Business. Images may only be published with our permission and if the fee stated in our Price List is paid. Please note that the rights to a large portion of the offerings in the Image Index of Art and Architecture are held by our partners. In these cases, permission to reproduce the images must be obtained from these partners.

Special advice:

1.  The scope of reproduction possibilities for private use or other types of personal use is here governed by the regulations of § 53 of the German Copyright Act. This applies both to the texts of our offer as well as the images shown.

2.  All works whose authors have not been dead for more than 70 years are subject to copyright. Permission to reproduce these works can be granted by VG Bild-Kunst in Bonn (www.bildkunst.de).
